United Kingdom – We aim for you to receive delivery within 1 – 2 weeks of you placing your order. 

Outside the United Kingdom – We aim for you to receive delivery within 2-3 weeks of you placing your order, depending where in the world it is being sent to.

For Sterling Silver and bespoke items, this can take a little longer. Please contact us with any questions and a estimated delivery date if needed

An email will be sent to you on the day of purchase to confirm the sale and then another email later on to confirm your order is underway and estimated time of deliveryr

Please be aware that delivery time can be up to 4 – 6 weeks due to the handmade nature of the items, the hallmarking process and sourcing all materialse dispatch of your order, it’s tracking number and delivery date.

Cleaning – Use a mild detergent or toy cleanser to wash your toy/s before your first use, after every use and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Never use any form of abrasives and be careful not to drop or bang your sex toy against any hard surfaces.

Can I return a product?


Please note, due to the intimate nature of our products,  All our products can be returned within 28 days of delivery if they are unopened. 

We encourage customers to ask questions about our products before ordering to make a fully informed and confident purchase.

If you purchase one of our vibrators and it is found to be damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us immediately for help and return advice.
